The DLA Support Programmes

DLA offers the following Omnis Support Programmes.

The Level 1 Omnis 73 Support Programme entitles you to

  • “Level 1 Programme discounts” off Omnis Products as per DLA VAR Price List.
  • Discounted Software upgrades for SDKs
  • Five (5) case telephone support pack to one (1) contact person per Level 1 Programme.
  • This Programme covers OMNIS 73 Products.

The Level 2 Omnis Studio or 73 Support Programme entitles you to

  • “Level 2 Programme discounts” off Omnis Products as per current Price List (discounts under Level 2 are greater)
  • FREE Software upgrades for SDKs.
  • UNLIMITED case telephone and email support to one (1) contact person per Level 2 Programme.
  • Direct Access to DLA and UK software engineering staff.
  • This Programme covers both OMNIS 73 and Omnis Studio Products.
