The DLA Support Programmes DLA offers two levels of Support Programmes.
- The Level 1 Support Programme entitles you to
- "Level 1 Programme discounts" off Omnis Products as per DLA VAR Price List.
- Discounted Software upgrades for SDK's
- Five (5) case telephone support pack to one (1) contact person per Level 1 Programme.
- This Programme covers both OMNIS 73 and Omnis Studio Products.
- The Level 2 Support Programme entitles you to
- "Level 2 Programme discounts" off Omnis Products as per current Price List (discounts under Level 2 are greater)
- FREE Software upgrades for SDK's.
- UNLIMITED case telephone support pack to one (1) contact person per Level 2 Programme.
- Access to DLA staff via Instant Messenger.
- This Programme covers both OMNIS 73 and Omnis Studio Products.
